Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. At Vista Drive Car Rentals, we strive to make cancellations and refunds as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before making or canceling your booking.

Cancellation by Customer

A. Before Vehicle Pickup

  • More than 24 hours before pickup
    Full refund (after deducting any transaction or processing fee, if applicable)

  • Within 24 hours of pickup time
    50% refund of the total booking amount

  • Within 6 hours of pickup or No-Show
    No refund will be issued

B. After Vehicle Pickup

  • Once the vehicle has been handed over, cancellations are not allowed.

  • You can request an early return, but no refund will be provided for unused hours or days.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in rare situations such as:

  • Vehicle breakdown

  • Natural calamity or government restriction

  • Driver unavailability (in case of chauffeur-driven bookings)

  • Any technical or security issue

In such cases:
Full refund will be processed
Alternative vehicle options may be offered, subject to availability

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days from the cancellation date.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

  • For bookings made through third-party platforms (like online travel agencies), refund policies of those platforms will apply.

  • The security deposit (if taken) will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected for any damage, excess kilometers, fuel discrepancy, or traffic fines.

  • Any deductions (if applicable) will be shared transparently via email or WhatsApp.

To cancel your booking:

  • No refund will be provided for booking made using promo codes or special discounts, unless stated otherwise.

  • In case of disputes, the decision of Vista Drive Rentals management shall be final.
