At Vista Drive Rentals, we provide flexible and convenient options for receiving your rented vehicle. This policy outlines how we handle vehicle delivery, pickup, and related logistics to ensure a smooth experience.
📍 1. Vehicle Delivery Options
We offer the following options for getting your vehicle:
A. Home Delivery
We can deliver the vehicle to your home, hotel, railway station, airport, or any other address (within serviceable city limits).
Delivery Charges may apply based on distance and time. Charges will be shown during the booking process.
Vehicle will be delivered at the scheduled time mentioned in your booking confirmation.
B. Pick-Up from Our Location
You may choose to pick up the vehicle yourself from our nearest hub or location (free of charge).
You must carry your original driving license and ID proof at the time of pickup.
⏰ 2. Delivery & Pick-up Timings
Standard delivery hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Deliveries outside these hours may attract additional night charges.
We recommend being available 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to complete formalities.
📝 3. Pre-Delivery Checklist
At the time of vehicle handover (delivery or pick-up), we will:
Verify your driving license and ID
Take photos of the vehicle for record
Hand over the keys and rental agreement
Assist with a quick vehicle feature walkthrough (if needed)
📦 4. Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for bookings confirmed before 4:00 PM, subject to vehicle availability.
For urgent delivery, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone.
🔄 5. Vehicle Return / Pick-up from Your Location
We also offer vehicle collection from your location at the end of the rental.
Charges may apply based on distance.
Please ensure:
Vehicle is not damaged
It has sufficient fuel (as received)
All accessories and documents are intact
⚠️ 6. Delays and Rescheduling
In case of delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, our team will inform you in advance.
You may reschedule the delivery/pickup time by informing us at least 2 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule delivery if the customer fails to show valid documents or is unreachable at the scheduled time.
